Saw the thread title, thought the bike might look like a banana :wink:

More likely something to do with the UK Raleigh Professional racing team, who were co-sponsored by The Banana Group at one point. So there were quite a lot of Raleigh Banana bikes about. I believe Paul Sherwen rode for the team.
