Hi,
I am helping arrange a 100Km bike ride for charity in the North West and was wondering if anyone could recommend a company that can plan and manage the route?
Many thanks in advance.

Re: Charity Bike RIde
The company will charge a "fee" for their input.
Re: Charity Bike RIde
That's ok as long as the price is not exorbitant

This lot have organised a few of the charity rides I've ridden over the years. https://www.bike-events.co.uk/About.aspx
They offer a bespoke service I believe, never used it myself.

Depending on the anticipated number of riders using a "contractor" will mean that you are unlikely to make much money for the charity (if any) - a DIY event isn't difficult to do with a bit of planning.
I have some information and ideas/plans/experience if you want to PM me [I was a volunteer event organiser for cycle events raising funds for Macmillan : 11 years, 35 events, £800,000 net raised - with a cost:revenue ratio in single figures]

What part of NW, we already have 2-3 charity rides that utilise areas north of Preston; Share the Road, Fylde Windmills, Lewis Balyckyi Ride.... to name a few..... could be an already over crowded calendar? But otherwise am sure there are routes that could be shared.
