I bought one like that in brown in 1983 from catalogue mail order. Eddy Merckx branded, but I don't think he'd have ever ridden on like it.
Cheap and cheerful and made of "gas pipe tubing", but it got me into cycling for pleasure.
Sold it within a year, and bought a Raleigh Clubman in 531.
