Hewick Bridge, Ripon, Road Closure

I am planning a ride to Ripon tomorrow and when checking the route see that Hewick Bridge on the B6265 is closed for parapet repairs. Does anyone know if there is provision for pedestrians/cyclists to get across.

It reopened tonight thankfully, two weeks early. But no, there wasn’t any access at all, turning right through Copt Hewick was the alternative.

And me, daily, to and from work . Well done NYCC! The Copt Hewick road is now best avoided, the potholes are absolutely massive after weeks of use by all the vehicles avoiding the bridge.
