I'd be tempted to hire a van one way.

We are selling the TT from the Cycle Museum .
I'm considering a van but it'd be a round trip from just south of Birmingham to Wales then on to Swindon then back home.
(I am going to suggest a van to the purchaser) :)

OP rides it solo one way and returns to base with buyer stoking. Buyer rides it home solo.

(I suspect that this was thought through before asking about couriers.)

There are people who pick up and deliver motorbikes around the country, give one a ring and just explain what you want and they may help?

Get S&S couplings fitted and a fourth wheel so it can be transformed into two singles

Thanks for responses (and the humour)! Needed that as it appears I was dealing with a dreamer who doesn't inhabit the real world. :(
