43,721,408. You must have missed that one in the top right corner
Seriously though, I visited Wester Ross in early May. Too windy for midges. I did once get my head well-munched under my cycling helmet whilst riding over the Sally Gap in the Wicklow Mountains in July.

That appeals to my sense of pedantry.

Won't be hard.
The images of an exceedingly large number of midges have been captured in the video.
There are no actual midges in the video .

Ah, but maybe midges are like weeping angels and so the image of a midge becomes a midge...

what shocked me was the balloon the guy was wearing over his head. Is that common atire for going for walks up there? might as well get a space suit. The dog didnt seem to mind, do they go after dogs?
Re: £5 to any one who can count....
It’s a midge net. I would recommend if you were indulging in a prolonged static activity.
It’s been sunny in the West Highlands of late and the midges tend to avoid that and can’t fly against a 5mph breeze so they haven’t been bad through the day. In the main they start feasting in the evening, when sun and breeze go down. Sitting outside with a glass of something can be a bit of an endurance sport...

And for that astute observation, you win this image of £5...

copped a face-full (and a few in the mouth) of tiny aphids last Sunday cycling past the farmers fields, it was very unpleasant, especially as I'd put sun cream on, a fair few of the beggars were obviously wanting to go on a holibob somewhere else as stuck to face/arms/neck.yuk!
This was the first time I'd run into a swarm round that area though, not sure breathing more through the nose made any difference but no sooner had I got past the fields and I opened my mouth a bit more, something bigger went right down the chute, quick glug of liquid followed to make sure it stayed down

That's quite normal for Argyll and you may have noticed that they're quite a bit bigger than the average midge and they don't half bite hard.
I'm glad I live in the east now.
