Hello, just bought my first (used) bike. What you recognise is it good like first road bike or need to do some upgrades? Thanks Image

If you're comfortable as it is, just use it and replace/upgrade bits as they wear out.

If it was me I would likely change the saddle and seat pin for personal preference, and better adjustment of saddle angle, but neither necessary.

Most important thing is to enjoy riding, and keep the chain, gears and brakes well looked after.

Have fun!

What about handlebars? Is it possible to replace? Or no point? Thanks

I'm a trendy consumer. Just look at my wobbly bog brush using hovercraft full of eels

looks like in good condition to me.

the NUMBER ONE priority is simply the saftey of the bike, so make sure handlebars, chain, seating is all as it should be! :D

Would agree with the above regarding if it is comfy, just ride get to know it and then decide what you feel you might need as you discover more.

Personally; longer rear mudguard...that will just soak anyone behind. and Pannier rack.

it's a reasonable starter bike so good luck with it.

it's only worth upgrading stuff if it breaks other than a better lock, comfier saddle and some bar ends.

I'd add a back rack and panniers too.

You can replace anything, up to and including the frame. But I'd only start to fix things if you find they're a problem once you're quite used to the bike.
