Does anyone make a rack like this in steel?

I am looking at the racktime Foldit adjustable:

I like it as all the support structs are bolted on and not welded. I want something like this for a DIY project, but preferably in steel. Does anyone make anything like this in steel?

The Minoura Gamoh racks are bolted together like that. Much bigger though.

I'd imagine it would be easy to make one with simple tools if you used flat bar.
