Your Favourite Saddle
I know saddles are a very personal thing but thought it might be interesting to start a thread and see if there is any consensus and a leaning to one or two makes / models in particular.
I was looking at the Specialized Power Arc Expert the other day which I've heard a few people say they like although I don't think it's been out that long so probably not a huge number of early adopters yet ...... cheaper end of the range the Charge Spoon seems to get quite a bit of positive press and obviously the Brookes b17.
What's your personal favourite??

Brooks B17,I have three.
Re: Your Favourite Saddle
My go to saddle for many years was a Selle San Marco Concor - I still find it very comfortable when I ride one.
These days most of my distance riding is on a Sell Italia SLX carbon with Ti rails. Certainly not to everyone's taste but it works for me.
I have a variety of saddles across the bikes, most are upmarket variations on a theme - shape and padding similar to the Charge Spoon.

Convention? what's that then?

2x SMP Hybrid Gel - road bikes
1x SMP Hell - MtB
1x Koobi - a do it all MtB touring bike
One thing in common is they all have cut outs.

Brooks B-17, some laced up. A Berthoud Aspin and Brooks Pro.
The Berthoud is a cross between a B-17 and a Pro, very nice.
Nitto two bolt posts, easy to make small angle adjustments.

At the budget end of the range, the Charge Spoon is repeatedly mentioned.

Current favourite, Spa Nidd.
BITD it was B17, my budget no longer stretches that far.

Now, Fizik ti railed job on my daily, good for 100mile rides no problem, have about 28,000 miles on it. Also use a Brooks Swift on my winter/audax/tourer, that's pretty good, I can ride either in undercrackers and walking shorts no problem whatsoever. My fave racing saddle is an Arione though use a selle Italia carbon rail job which for me is just ok and is going to get replaced..
In the past and my favourite saddle ever was a Selle San Marco, not quite sure of precise model type but it was in the la vie claire team colours, rode it to destruction of the material over 10 years and still moved it on to someone else when it was crusted on the rails and sad in the garage.
