Wisper 705se battery removal
Hello I have just bought a wisper 705 se bike today and have tried removing the battery but to no avail it says insert key anti clockwise and pull battery out by handle but this does not work am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance for any advice

Reading the manual it does say;
"To unlock the battery, turn the key fully anticlockwise and hold in this position whilst sliding the battery out."
- are you sure you are turning and holding it fully anticlockwise? That said, this video (at around 1m 56s) shows removal of the battery from a 905, which looks to be the same arrangement and the guy doesn't hold the key. He does give the battery a fair old tug, though!
