can anyone ID this headset please?

Looking to purchase a bike and this is all I've been sent on the headset. Any help would be appreciated.

Bit difficult to tell as the only thing in focus is the top cap and it's common to swap those around or use the one originally supplied. Haven't said that there is a fair bit of printing visible on the top race and that makes me think it's a Race Face headset.
The older I get the more I’m inclined to act my shoe size, not my age.

It's a Chris King headset (the text on the cup is just recognisible, including the "NoThreadSet" trade mark logo), and since it's a truss fork that probably means it comprises two Chris King headset top halves, rather than the standard bottom half and top half.

What is that sort of collar that is right under the stem?

Yes looks like a Chris king headset. Very good quality.

It's a Jones truss fork.

The bars are either Jones loop or m. That bike is probably seriously nice.

Hopefully is nice for the buyer, 600 bucks for a steel fork is certainly not in my bucket list, thank you
It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best,
since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them.
Thus you remember them as they actually are...
