Hi I would like to fit a front rack to my surly Karate monkey forks,
does anyone know of a place in the northeast that could do my some fork brze ons.
? local to teeside would be good

I thought them forks came as standard with a plethora of threaded bosses pre-drilled? Couldn't one of them be utilized.

Yes, the ones I've seen have what look like the right braze ons already.

Karate monkey has evolved over the years; earlier models didn't have the right braze-ons even if the current ones do.

If you can't find anyone to do the brazing work, I guess you could always buy another fork?
Not sure if they did frames and frame repairs in their latter years but M Steel (closed in 2017) used to do that sort of thing....

Plenty of racks can be fitted without brazed on bosses on the fork legs, particularly if you have a mudguard eyelet at the dropout as in the version brucey linked to.

Got the forks used so there an early model with no mounts ..
