Buying first hybrid bike

Hey, I'm looking to buy a new hybrid bike and it's between a few models btwin 500 vs specialized crosstrail mechanical disc 2019 or btwin 920 vs specialized hydraulic disc 2019.

I will likely use the bike mainly on bike paths and a bit of off road, my question is, is it worth paying the extra for the btwin 920/specialized hydraulic disc over the 500/specialized mechanical disc and is the specialized a better option?/

If there are any alternatives that would be great to know
