No, you can use loads of other languages - but the addresses in each language are completely untranslatable. free.quirky.funhouse becomes chaisière.mentonnière.mangoustan!

The 3 meter square "3 words" is a cover ...ish ...

The 3m squares make up a non radar emitting terrain following path used by advanced weapons.
Radar is an active source and can be tracked, so in the 80's a non emitting navigation system was devised, primarily for the Tomahawk Cruise Missile and latterly the Brimstone system using "patch " technology for navigation ...
The 3 word squares are actually a guidance system for advanced weaponry ...
mmW technology can follow the patches without emitting any radiation that can be detected ...

Reuse, recycle, thus do your bit to save the planet.... Get stuff at auctions, Dump, Charity Shops, Facebook Marketplace, Ebay, Car Boots. Choose an Old House, and a Banger ..... And cycle as often as you can......

Incidentally I see that while Test Valley District is a local authority area in Hampshire, test.valley.district is a location in Guyaquil, Ecuador.
