I've just been looking at them. They do look nice, if you want that capacity. I bet they will last a decade or two.

Well I have them: SJS had some green ones at a good reduction over the normal price. I have not used them yet: just sitting on the piano being admired. I

I recently purchased an Ortlieb 35L dry bag to take all the stuff that gets strapped to the top of the rear rack such as tent, chair, sleep mat. About to use it tomorrow for the first time as I spend 4 days in the Yorkshire Wolds.

Will do. I have double Agu panniers as I have a rack mounted battery. I have been asked to remove my bags on the train. Removing separate items from the rack top was a nuisance so they are now all on a single bag.

Worked brilliantly. A couple of times I had to disassemble everything for the train and once to get over a locked gate to cross a railway line. Much easier to unclip a couple of bungees and one bag plus double pannier rather than bungees, net, 4 separate items (tent, mat, chair, bits and pieces bag) on top of rack.
