It starts today but I can't see it available on ITV4 Freeview as in previous years. Is it now only available as subscription only?

Live coverage in Eurosport doesn't start until almost 6pm so they couldn't really have highlights at 7. Team time trial.

Tomorrow highlights at 10pm again but that seems to be scheduling not the stage which is livedfrom 2ish. Highlights 7pm in the week.
