My wife bought a Biria EB7 low-step bike (see below URL) to aid her bike riding after some knee damaging mishaps.

I was dismayed to find that the low-step feature filled with the middle of the bent bike wheel support of my Thule ball-mounted bike carrier.
Before I start getting rough with the carrier, can anyone who has had this problem before say how they sorted it out, please?

I’ve read your post several times and I’m not quite sure what you are asking.
Are you asking how you’d hang that bike on a two armed carrier you’d normally hang the top tube on?I was dismayed to find that the low-step feature filled with the middle of the bent bike wheel support of my Thule ball-mounted bike carrier.

I think you will require one of those bars that attach to the seat post and the head stem that used to be quite popular when carrying a traditional female step through on a bike beak.
Then you put the Thule hook over the accessory bar.
I am surprised that this is not mentioned in the Thule instructions.
