Legal failing in cycling accident - What further action? (Scotland)

Run into by car from behind, made paraplegic; driver gets off because a police statements poor and medical evidence not listened to. Just knocked off bike. What next and what can I do to appeal . Scotland - Procurator Fiscal

+1 for Cyclelaw. I've a friend was knocked off on the A82 whilst doing the Jogle (on a busy junction party Fort William). They were extremely helpful and proficient. Getting her therapy and help for PTSD after the incident and well into 5 figures for her injuries and bicycle at the finish. I've heard nothing but good things about them since. And they are dogged. They never accept the first offer from insurance companies, and will keep going right up to the bitter end for their clients.

3rd reccomendation for Cycle Law Scotland, they have helped 2 of my cycling chums. Your crash sounds terrible, my sympathy!
