Rear dropout adjusters
Does anyone know what the threaded bolt adjuster things on rear dropouts that move the rear wheel nearer the seat tube are called? Also are they standard thread and where can I get some?

I got some nice stainless steel ones years ago, really can't remember where they were ordered from. But worth looking for I think.

Sometimes called wheel tensioners or adjusters. Surly Tuggnuts are branded ones. £21 at Wiggle but maybe cheaper elsewhere.
MJR, mostly pedalling 3-speed roadsters. KL+West Norfolk BUG incl social easy rides http://www.klwnbug.co.uk

The Surly items are a different design from the old type I suspect the OP refers to.

Remembered! It was Ceeway.

Article 448 here, though doesn't specifically say they are stainless.

Re: Rear dropout adjusters
FWIW the standard threading (in shimano, campag, suntour etc dropouts) is the most common pitch available in M3, which is M3 x 0.5mm.
