Frame number

Hi I'm new to this forum could any body shed any light on these frame number

Welcome to the forum.

Frame numbers can often be a guide to the age of a frame, if the manufacturer is known.

If you know the manufacturer please post details, if not a few more pictures of the frame as a whole or any unusual features may help. If you can read the number(s) please post them too, it's difficult to read them in full from the photos and easy to make a mistake.

It will take someone else to decipher them, I haven't a clue.
