What size seatpost collar

What size seatpost collar would I need for a frame that takes a 27.2 seatpost (Spa Elan ti)? I'm thinking of adding a bit of bling!

Spa sell two sizes of their own brand collars for their own frames. The larger size of the two is for their titanium frames. Is it 31.8 or something like that? Measure the diameter across the top (outside edge to outside edge) to confirm.
