Trek authorized shop in Scotland who can order part from Trek US?

Hi.

I'm looking for shop in Scotland who is Authorized Trek distributor and can order part from US Trek. Just part, no service, no check, no look - just part
No, dont tell me Tiso/Alpine Bike - I ask them for help and they want to book my cycle and charge me £35-45 just for "looking" even when I told them what is broken - rocker is damaged (cracked pivot) and I just want to order part. Shop "X" is busy and service only cycles bought in shop. So "no customers from outside".
I think I wrote to almost all shops recommended by Trek website. From most I don't get any response, Tiso/Alpine Bike - respond only: contact local shop. That one "X" mentioned above respond with polite way and apologize for situation, so I don't put his name here.

But do anyone know any shop who can help? I have part number, I know that two of those parts are at Trek Wisconsin warehouse (community manager from Trek was brilliant in way how he helped - bravo for Mitch!! ) Just need someone who can deal with Trek US.

Almost fit - Compatible with 2019 Remedy 27.5 - But I have Remedy 2014-2016 and 29. But I will search in this shop, maybe they have something.

Trek GB on website have section for "Chat online with a Trek expert" but is dead link. I dont see any way to access to this option.
I used "Call your local retailer" And from there I took list of shops. For now two respond and I mention about them here

Not always. I was wanting a Specialized saddle. Not on sale in UK. Specialized wouldn't allow their USA retailers to sell to UK.

Whilst searching for that link to an England shop I looked at a couple of big USA Trek dealers and like your Specialised experience I noted they didn’t ship anywhere outside the USA.
