Cycling Jacket

Hullo there,
Looking for a good quality/waterproof/windproof/breathable/with pit zips/with pockets/high viz cycling jacket. I have a Mountain Warehouse brand BUT it's definitely not Scottish waterproof (plus it's done it's duty!)! Not bothered about budget but no more than £200. I've heard Proviz and Goretex do good jackets however looking for folk's preference. Thanks in advance.

I like my Ciclo, as seen here. Has been excellent here in wet and windy southwest England, and as bit on the warm side (see reviews) might suit more northern climes, too. Was amused by phrase, "Not bothered about budget but no more than £200", which I interpreted as "...am bothered about budget - should be no more than £200".

I have a big selection of walking jackets from mid priced to very expensive, so I like to think I know a little about them. When I took up cycling again this year my buddy wore very expensive gear but as I was unsure if I would stick with it I didn’t want to spend loads. I therefore use Decathlon for most things and am so impressed even my buddy is now a convert. There higher range jackets , I think around £60 or £70 are very , very good. Warm, vented, excellent waterproofing and tough. Probably done 2000 miles and all the gear , with exception of the bum on the (cheaper range) shorts, still looks like new.
