YouTube channels?

Post by Adjunct Satyr »

Hi,

does anyone follow any good YouTube channels to do with bike maintenance? New and keen to learn...

Park Tools is a good one sponsored by Park Tools :)

But if you want something specific then just do a search on Utube and you get quite a few "how to's".
You'll never know if you don't try it.

There are two great sources of reliable advice (other than this forum):

Sheldon Brown:
https://sheldonbrown.com

Park Tools Repair Help:
https://www.parktool.com/blog/repair-help

For anyone new to this I wouldn't recommend YouTube videos unless you are sure that that they apply to exactly the same components that you have in front of you.

Thanks guys. This isn’t for any specific jobs... just interested in watching some relevant stuff. Cheers for the recommendations 👍

If you want good advice & entertainment
Ozcycles, Velotrace for all things Chinese.
Engineering Hambini takes some beating but be prepared for fruity language as he is autistic. This will lead you to many other great channels.Enjoy

Hambini...... I gave up watching because of the language, I certainly wouldn't have the sound on if there are children nearby! Engineering - yes he has some good points.

I'm sure Calvin must play the banjo* in his spare time.
