Post by Mdesoucey »

Hi I’m cleaning out my moms farm and need help identifying this vintage , English bike. I can’t find the emblem anywhere . I believe it belonged to my great aunt . Any help would be appreciated so I can figure out what to do with it

Thank you

Its probably pre-war, but I don't think its anything special.
Are there letters in a pattern on the chainwheel?(front cog)
Might be "Royal Enfield" ? England?
The front forks might be bent, unless its camera lens distortion.

I'm pretty certain they are Sunbeam decals. Also 'S' chainring.

The on-line Sunbeam Museum.

Does the crown make it a Royal Sunbeam ?
