Cycling through the Longleat Estate

Post by Tilley »

I am looking at a potential route from Frome to Longleat which use NCN routes 24 and 25. Doing a simple Google search of the route details I also found posts suggesting that the license for the route sections through the estate had been revoked. Can anyone clarify what the current situation is please?

You'll get some Strava K OM's through the lion enclosure.
Or the track will just stop DEAD!

Hi Tim it’s Nigel I cycled through Longleat on the 29 May with no problem. I heard somewhere I can’t remember where that the cafe was closed to cyclists passing through. Hope this helps not been on trike for a while I’ve been training for 200km Audax on an upright bike.
