Vast numbers of variables e.g. cycle packing using B&Bs or wild camping or campsites? 1 day for 6 months? Where in world? Nature of bike (e.g. beat up looking old low tech vs carbon top of range), etc., etc.

The question asked is a bit like "What bike should I buy?" without anything more specified so when somebody says lightweight road and you come back and say where do I fit the kids seat and dog trailer?

Might come as a surprise but I don't know your intended touring plans.
