They make useful rubber shims to fit things to handlebars. Note to myself must use one to make my computer fit better!

oooh what an interesting question!

Lemme think:

High strength catapaults (or rocket launchers if you have enough)
Weave welcome mats/car mats
Use with a jam jar to make a barometer

I'm sure I'll come up with some more but in the meantime, look at the website I found!

Chainstay protectors and rubbing strips on the headtube (stops brake and gear cables from scrubbing the paint away). Glued and/or ziptied on.

Probably lots more things to use them for with a bit of ingenuity :)

You can cut them across the tube to make mini elastic bands that are useful for holding together puncture repair kits, a couple of allan keys and spare innertubes etc for emergency kit in saddle wedges.

I've seen photos of chairs using them for padding/ support http://www.bikefurniture.com/

I used to use one for a shoulder strap for my panniers but it was too stretchy (now use a luggage strap)

Captain Morgan what a website find!

I think that i am going to chop one into 2/3 inch strips and stretch it over the grips on my roof rack to prevent it scratching the bike frame.

now to find some uses for the others.

I am considering making some giant versions of the old rubber band and paper pellets that we used to make at school!

Here's my bike at Dobbs Weir getting the third puncture in 12 miles repaired... arrowed is a tube I cut up to put over the rim tape, which had pretty much shredded causing all the deflations! I did have to cut it and glue it together again but it worked a treat, much more resistant and thicker than the over-the-counter options.

Wrap it under lighting brackets. a) It isolates dynamo lights from the frame so you can use a 2 wire circuit and b) the road buzz is absorbed by the rubber so the metal bracket doesn't fatigue & fall apart at 40mph down a hill.

When I got my spokes from Spa through the post, the different lengths were held in bunches by inner tube lazzy bands!

If you use a lock and chain, put the tube over the chain to protect your paint job.

Or use the old tubes for training Scouts to mend punctures :D
