Does anyone know anything about this shop? Specifically, did they import frames in the 50s made for them by Faliero Masi?
It was said to be owned by Italo Berigliano.
Beriano cycle shop in Fulham High St.
Re: Beriano cycle shop in Fulham High St.
I just found this site. I recently restored a Beriano bike for a friend. He just wanted to get it going again as it had been his father’s bike in the 50’s. when I saw the bike I could see it was a bit special.
Campagnolo equipment. Ambosio bars and stem and a magastroni chainset on a campagnolo cottered bb which I had never seen before. On removing the bb ( 36x24) I found a seal made of leather. Stamped: Falerio Masi velodrome Vigorelli Milano.
No frame number. Just the size. 54cm.
