I got my membership reminder last week. August the 13th or thereabouts. My membership expires on the 30th of Sepetember. I will not be calling anytime soon as last time the guy in the call centre could only renew from the day I called so rather than call again I lost a couple of weeks at the end of my last year.
Has anyone else who renews on the phone had a similar problem with inability to post date renewal to the end of the year?
