Group insurance covering volunteer Dr Bikes etc

Hi
Can anyone point me to cheaper insurance than £1,500 a year to insure a small local group that offers Dr Bike, rides, recycling bikes, etc. We operate with a mix of bought-in mechanics and volunteers.
