Rudy Project - spare parts ?

Has anyone had any luck getting hold of spares for Rudy Project kit ?

I've lost the _tiny_ nut that holds one arm of my Rydons in place.

I've emailed the UK distributor www.yellow-limited.com and also the manufacturer, quoting the part number. Neither of them have replied >:(

Yes. I broke the bridge on an old pair of Rudy Exceptions.

I gave Yellow a call and they managed to track down the part and order it for me. Delivery took a little while, but I put that down to it having to be sourced from Italy.

I wore out the nose piece on my Rudy Project Rydons. Called James at RX Sport and a new bridge was promptly dispatched and 2 days later I had an un-superglued bridge in place... Their details are posted above, so I won't repost.

I paid £120 ish for a pair of Rudy Project Rydons, and they fell apart after a couple of months. I got an exchange and those fell apart after about eighteen months, so the warranty had expired and I junked them.
I had inserts in the Rydons.

The next time I went to Boots Opticians, I bought a third pair of specs for £25 especially for cycling. Deep lenses that sit very nicely. Bifocals so I can see distance AND my Satnav. AND, and most important, DON'T steam up when I ride slow and/or stop.

Rudy Project = C**p.

Ayesha, can't disagree more. Have had my Rydons since 2008, and used them pretty much daily. The rubber on the nose piece perished, that's the only issue I've had in 4+ years. About to put new prescription inserts into them for another 4 years of use. I'm normally pretty hard on specs, very few pairs make it past 2 years.

My Rydons were bought in 2009 , and until this happened have been entirely trouble free.

Tim Wood at Echelon Cycles has been in touch and is seeing if he can source the part for me.

Update - Both Echelon & RX Bikes came back to me, thanks for that gents. Rob Masters at Yellow emailed me earlier and will put a replacement in the post for me tomorrow :)
