Assume this is what you are referring to?
I have used one of these in the past and they are fairly good. Mine failed at the rivets for the L shaped bracket that bolts to the brake bosses. That said its still pretty good for a small cheap rack and will happily accomodate panniers. If you drill the rivets out you can also bolt it on using a tubus mounting kit.(http://www.sjscycles.co.uk/tubus-lm-i-m ... prod21526/)
