I just got some little Christmas treats; a copy of the Tony Hadland's excellent Sturmey Archer book, and (amongst other things) a copy of an early Dursley Pedersen catalogue, and a copy of 'The Data Book' which contains rather wonderful drawings including many by Daniel Rebour.

Methinks you must've partook in Keith's Book Sale, featured on the For sale section recently.

Likewise, I treated myself, with a 1931 CTC Guide to Wales and Midlands, Golden Days Awheel by Albert Winstanley and finally Eddie Merckx, as a bonus buy (a book, not the real man ).

I think I am getting some Ortlieb panniers. Hoping to start cycle touring next year (just "locally" to start, within 100 miles of home or so).
Camping holiday in France planned, so the panniers will be carrying wine + cheese back to the campsite from the supermarket. Can't wait
