ARRANGING A 450 MILE TOUR - PLEASE HELP

Hi guys,

i am trying to arrange a bike ride of about 450 miles from somewhere in scotland to london to raise money for cancer research. The guy that is going to do this (not me!) is experienced and has been in training for some time. he is looking at trying to complete 450 miles in 4 to 5 days.

please help!

Use the Sutrans cycle maps down the east coast.
they are all in working order and the maps are excellent.
you can buy online at sustrans.org

You will make the 90miles per day in comparative safety if you use their routes.
you will need about five maps including The White Rose Way and names like that
