Stronglight headset locknut extender. Still looking

[b][/b]The photo is of a Stronglight headset locknut extender, does anyone know where I can buy one? I have also posted on the wanted web page. Although now using the Sugino version which is 11mm shorter l am still after a Stronglight.

I have already sorted out one of my bikes with a stem from Hubjub.
Regarding Velosolo, I have ordered some bits and will see what turns up.

Received 2 from SJSC, as good as they are the Stronglight is 11mm taller making for less exposure on a long stem. I will fit the Sugino until (if ever) I can obtain the Stronglight version.
