bike covers

hi there just wondering if standard bike covers will cover a bike with panniers and handlebar bag fitted or do i need to buy 'special' ones? bike is a dawes galaxy

I use an (Oxford) single bike cover to protect the cheap MTB I use for shopping and trailer pulling- there's plenty of room under it, I've never tried covering a bike with full panniers and handlebar bag with it but I'd reckon it'd all fit. Packs fairly small too.
