Frame Refinishing North West

Post by noel.shearer@uuplc.co.uk »

Can anybody recommend somwhere in the North West/Cheshire area for re-finishing the frame of my Raleigh Randonneur? I think I would prefer enamel to powder coating, as I'd like to retain a 2 colour finish (thinking of something like Flamboyant Red with Ivory head tube.)

I don't mind driving up to about 50 miles each way to deliver and collect, if I can be certain of a good job.

Also, does anyone know where I can get the transfers for the bike name and things like "531" stickers?

Finally, what is a typical cost for this?

Sorry if this is going over old ground - have tried the search engine and can only find answers relevant to the South/South East.

Thanks,

Noel

Atlantic Boulevard in Bury if that's not too far - not cheap but very good quality.

Cheshire's not that far from Derby, so Mercian have to be on the list.

Thanks everyone - Mercian and Bob Jackson both look very good. Prices look more reasonable than I would have thought from them as well.

Regards,

Noel
