I wonder if they really measure ETT as it shows in the diagram?......I think normally ETT is measured horizontally (at the level of the top of the head tube) and on the centre line of the seat tube not vertically from the seat tube top...........
From measuring my new size Small Kaffenback frame the answer is that the diagram is wrong and the 'Effective Top Tube Horizontal' figure of 535mm is the usual horizontal measurement as you say from the centre of the top of the headtube to the centre of the seat post. (Measured as in the diagram it would be around 515mm)
