I don't think they do - at least I can't see any. Like most of the replies to the original post, you may have misunderstood the type of bottle needed. It's the sort that doesn't have a rubbery valve that you have to pull up with your teeth. Once you've flipped the big lid up, there's just an open tube underneath. They were very popular in the early days of mountain biking, before Camelbaks arrived.

AH! It sounds like an old type. sjs do the tooth pull type complete with a hinged cap in 600ml thought that might do as a substitute.
