Another vote for Cycle.travel. Last year I used it for a three day ride from Leicester to central London, via a couple of campsites. It led us down one stretch of unrideable bridleway but was other wise perfect. It took less than half an hour to prepare and I doubt I could have done better spending days plotting on a map.
