There's SUD (Safe Urban Driving ) courses, which are accredited towards a drivers CPC. I would have thought any company operating freight vehicles ought to be aware of this. There are a number of suppliers and they have to be accredited https://www.fleetsource.co.uk/training-for-drivers/safe-urban-driving/. I've done a few of these, there's normally an accredited trainer delivering the theory, then the delegates are taken on road on bicycles by two qualified cycle instructors. I'm not sure of the process for accreditation
