Bike Breakfast - activity suggestions?

Post by slugbike »

I'm helping out at a Bike Breakfast in a couple of weeks time - other than slow bike races, have you any suggestions for the children to do on their bikes in the playground or on the playing field before school starts?

Agility/Skills course.
Use children's wooden blocks to mark out a course. add in slaloms, figure of eight, Stopping in box etc .. depending upon the age and skill sets you could add a see saw. you didn't say the age but blowing up a tyre and other very basic maintenace can be taught to any age of children
