Bikeability accreditation

Possibly the wrong place for this but....
on their site it says to contact the "National Cycle Training Helpline on 0870 607 0415" to get the paperwork for accreditation.
Has anyone actually got hold of anyone?
I've tried loads of times and cant get an answer, left a message and no call back. I wan't to get courses going.
Also, does anyone know the local number to save dialing 0870?
