I would have expected the most recent CTC Cycle to have coverage of Bikeability, yet unless I'm missing it, I can't find anything about it at all.
I thought the CTC was the leading light in Cycle Training or have they been sidelined somewhere along the way?
Have I missed something?

Read the thread immediately below this at the time of writing and you will get a flavour of what is apparently happening. I'll risk the ire of a recent teashop poster by noting that our leader KM, writing in the current issue of the CTC mag., eulogises about now having a full-time press officer (aka spinner) whose job is presumably to highlight the positive.
In the meantime, listen to the purring sound - it is the CTC rolling over once more to have its tummy tickled.
