notifications about new posts in a topic

Put it this way, IF I wanted to turn off All email notifications for replies to threads I have posted to how would you do that

Whichever board settings you use, somewhere in your 'user control panel', you should have an area to 'manage subscriptions'.

There, you can tick the box for any boards or threads that you don't want notifications for. When you have selected them (all, if you want), click 'Unwatch marked' and that should stop notifications for those items.

You can only turn off subscriptions thread by thread, either in the threads or in the control panel. However, this doesn't really matter. Although I probably have hundreds of subscriptions, only the recent half dozen or so will actually still be sending me emails, and so be worth turning off. And when, occasionally, an old thread comes back from the dead, it's nice to know.
