Mobile Version Of Website
Mobile Version Of Website
What about a mobile version of the forums ?
It looks mega tiny even on today's large screen mobiles.
You have to zoom in to read anything, and even then you have to scroll left and right .
Opinions?

Yes.
Some people love it other people hate it (I hate it and would far prefer if the forum could have some mobile friendly skins/layouts to auto switch when accessed from a mobile browser).

The forum's most recent upgrade was on Friday: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=86096
Since the forum is run on a shoestring budget, using the out of the box phpBB package with minimal modification, I don't think it's going to get any more mobile friendly than it currently is/isn't any time soon.

Oh. I thought we were getting a mobile friendly theme in an upgrade soon. I tested one on a preview site a few months ago and it seemed OK.

Perhaps I have underestimated the pace of change, I have no insider knowledge.

I use Tapatalk on my pad, different experience than on website but you get used to it, and you can have more than one forum on it at the same time.
