Files too large

I am trying to upload images to start a new thread,but it's saying the file is too large.
Not being tech savvy,can I downsize them any way

Change the resolution in your camera settings, VGA should always upload first time.

Or resize the pic, MS Paint is crude but effective: viewtopic.php?f=14&t=82556

A simple way ( if using an IPad) is to email the image (s) to yourself Choose the new image size for sending
