Trying to upload, pic within usual 256KB limit.

Error

No option to place in-line, little yellow triangle brings up a message "Error Failed to move uploaded file."

Any thoughts?

Resized to 128KB - Success

Resizing gradually smaller has been unsuccesful until I reached 128KB .

Looks like we're down to half measures, I blame Brexit.

Seems to have been a file permissions issue: if your file was small enough not to need resizing it was OK, but the resize was failing for larger images.

I think it's all OK again now. File size limit is 256KiB (256 × 1024 = 262,144 bytes) as before.
