I have a friend that has a mobile cycle maintenance business.
He cycles from place to place repairing people's bikes.
He doesn't have a website as he's just starting up but does have a Facebook page.
Is it ok for him to put his Facebook page on here ? and if so ... where ?
Facebook page ?
Re: Facebook page ?
AIUI commercial postings are not allowed on the forum.
You will note however that links to retailers and products are frequently posted across all boards in response to requests for component recommendations etc. If anyone in the area your friend covers posts looking for the service your friend provides you could certainly reply with a link.
If you were to use his service you could post a review with a link.

Why not suggest to your friend that he gets in touch with cycles clubs?
They may be happy to have such advertising if a good relationship is developed.

Some cycle clubs have links to local businesses and that sort of thing on their web pages.
